2018 June OFOA Board Meeting Agenda
Several background papers that are pertinent to the main topic this month–Covenants and Architectural Control Committees–were emailed to all members and associate members. The background papers are intended as idea pieces to start the conversation. Members will have ample opportunity to comment and/or propose alternate ideas at the Board Meeting.
Please join us on June 13th from 7:00-9:00 at McCoart. This meeting will be an opportunity to learn why the OFOA was set up as a voluntary association and how that affects the way the Board and Committees deal with covenants and architectural control issues. Member participation is necessary in order to have a productive outcome.
