DESCRIPTION:Please come out and join our monthly Trail Maintenance activity – all are welcome. Focus for this Saturday is getting the pavilion area ready for Octoberfest.\n \nCoffee and donuts to start / pizza and beer upon completion.\n \nIf raining we will shift to Sunday Sep 11 – same timeframe\n \nWork Planned:\n1) Horseshoe Pit:\nReplace metals pins (rebar to actual metal ones)\nRemove and reinstall one timber wall\nAdd sand to pit areas\nBuild a new table\nWeed-wack and clean up adjacent grassy areas\n2) Pavilion Area:\nLevel and clean up entry area ramp (wood chips)\nShoreline cleanup – remove invasive brush and trim lower branches\n3) Access Road-Clean debris (leaves and branches) out of ditch area\n \nResources Needed:\n\nWeed-wacker\nBlower\nWheelbarrow\nLoppers / Pruners\nPost hole digger\nGloves\nTractor w/trailer
