DESCRIPTION:The OFOA received a grant from Fairfax Water to do a small shoreline stabilization project in an area that’s rapidly eroding.  We need volunteers to come out on Saturday morning\, June 9th at 9:00 to help anchor coir logs into the riverbank. Please come help us!  If you have rubber boots and/or waders\, please bring them.  The location is beside the wooden picnic table that sits at the beginning of the blue trail loop.\n\nTommy Miles in in charge of this project\, and it would be very helpful for him to know in advance who is able to help out.  As always\, the more people\, the less work and the shorter time.  His number is 571-318-4632 if you have questions and to let him know you’re coming.
